Some of likely minded people want to do something for the society at large as they say that “It is CALL OF ANTARATMA”.
With that view, it was observed that, the old age in India is a curse for many parents as they are not able to look after themselves properly, both physically and financially. Also at this age, barring few, proper medical facilities are their dream.
It was also noticed that there are so many students who cannot afford to take higher studies due to poor financial conditions.
Keeping all this in mind, “SANGBEDAN” was born in 2013, by five (5) like-minded persons from different parts of society.
The main objectives of Sangbedan are three viz.
1. Setting up home for senior citizens.
2. Providing free medical center for the deprived people.
3. Assisting some students for higher studies like Medical.
Our aim is macro, but means are micro.  We don’t have the capacity to fulfill our dreams with our small means
Even then, we, out of our own contribution, distributed Exercise copies, pen, pencil, school bag and other necessities for study of children from economically backward families.
Simultaneously, we procured a piece of Land for constructing “Old-age Home”, a part of which would be exclusively for distressed old parents, revenue cost of which would run on “Cross Subsidy” basis.
Next, we felt that our nation needs Medical Professionals for villages at free of cost, at least once a week by individual Medical Professional. Since 2017, we started helping students from economically backward families, specially from villages, who are getting chance in Government College(s).
2020, being a curse to Mankind, with our little means, we have distributed cooked foods to street dwellers, food materials to villagers, blind persons etc...
Our vision is big, but means are too small. We earnestly appeal to all kindhearted people for their wholehearted support to achieve the goal.
